Get ready for an unforgettable adventure with an itinerary, designed to give participants a fun-filled schedule.
After a brief welcome and orientation, we’ll make sure everyone is settled into their cabins before heading to the Lakefront to work out those stiff muscles from the car. Once everyone has cleaned up, we’ll head to the Dining Hall for dinner and finish the night off with a campfire and s’mores.
We’ll spend the morning trying several camp activities. Check out archery, the climbing wall, or paintball for starters! After lunch, students will have the chance to dive deeper into a skill they’ve become interested in. Some might hike or mountain bike our five miles of on-property trails, while others might head to the waterfront to kayak or canoe. We’ll all meet back up for a delicious dinner, and finish the evening with one of our classic evening activity games. And of course, no camp night is complete without more s’mores.
As we near the end of the retreat, students will have one last chance to do some activities they weren’t able to do yet, or possibly go back to their favorite ones. Once everyone is packed up, we’ll have a BBQ lunch on our Back Green where we’ll wrap up the event with a fun activity before everyone loads the buses to return home.
Schools who choose an on-property adventure will spend their days doing different activities on site. This format allows for group activities as well as greater autonomy for students and faculty to experience the property and activities as they would like.
