Thank you for your interest in joining the Black Mountain Expeditions Core Team during the fall 2026 season. 

We are looking for 7 emerging outdoor professionals to join us from August 3 – October 1, 2026. This opportunity is perfect for those preparing to work in the outdoor industry, exploring if that is something you want to pursue full time, or even if you are in a transition point in your life and want to be a part of a supportive and dynamic team.

Early Applications are open November 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025. After the early sign-on window closes we will review applications on a rolling basis until the team is full. Those who apply during the early sign-on window and are accepted will receive an early sign-on bonus gift.
